Prenatal Support - Labor & Postpartum Doulas - Massage & Body Work

We serve expectant and new families across the beautiful Emerald Coast & Northwest Florida panhandle (Walton, Okaloosa, Santa Rosa and Escambia counties)

Expectant moms looking for educational, physical & emotional support can find a team of women here that want to serve you! Call us "the dream team" if you will. A small group of doulas (2-3 gals per team) will join you in prenatal appointments through the 2nd and 3rd trimesters. We cover birth preferences all the way through postpartum planning as part of our approach to all around preparation for labor, birth & parenthood! Your on call doula will attend your labor, and should you need extra support there is a backup team that you've already bonded with that is ready to step in if needed.

As part of our collaboration of care- we also offer childbirth education courses, postpartum doula support, pre and postpartum personal training and pre and postnatal massage
